This place is great, and has reliable wi-fi, a fitness centre, and an outdoor swimming pool. The staff even helped serve my elderly parents during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a comfy experience! I'll be back for Christmas.

Well priced and amazing hotel, top-class staff. Great bed, clean bathroom and satellite television, climate control and a personal safe in the room. Particularly good location and great facilities. Particularly nice view, excellent bar - everything was very good.

We had the a twin room which was cheap and new-fashioned with single bed. The personnel was especially helpful and responsive.

The location was convenient, sure to prepare breakfast for us before the restaurant opened. What's more, it was next to airport and other places and taxi on the way back to airport. There was good food, the staff was well-trained and service-oriented👍
Facilities were well organised, nevertheless Wi-Fi connection was weak.

The Swiss Inn boasts beautifully decorated rooms. I loved the comfortable beds and the reliable warm shower. The rooftop restaurant offers fine views of Addis Ababa, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink. Restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. The noise from outside was quite disruptive, especially with the windows not sealing properly. Staff at reception sometimes struggled with English, leading to a few communication issues during check-in. While some aspects were fantastic, a few improvements are needed, especially concerning noise insulation and communication. WiFi service was erratic at times, and some meals took longer than expected to arrive.

Loved the cozy top floor lounge with skyline views and the thick brekkie had a lekker variety! Plus, those staff are so friendly. The gym's also a solid plus for keeping fit after long days!
Just a bit of a hassle with the WiFi, topsy-turvy sometimes.
